1、打開excel，點(diǎn)擊菜單欄的“視圖”，點(diǎn)擊二級菜單里的“宏”，選擇錄制宏。
2、在彈出來的方框中輸入宏的名字，點(diǎn)擊確認(rèn)。
3、重復(fù)第一步的步驟，不過這次點(diǎn)擊“停止錄制”。
4、選擇查看宏。
5、編輯宏。
6、在彈出來的代碼框輸入下面的代碼。
